This USED Gibson 1956 Les Paul GoldTop Reissue (2001) is a stunning example of Gibson’s Vintage Original Spec (VOS) craftsmanship. Built to recreate the look, feel, and tone of the original '56 GoldTop, this Custom, Art & Historic (CAH) model features a classic mahogany body and 2-piece maple top, finished in aged nitrocellulose lacquer for vintage vibe and tonal resonance.
Loaded with a pair of custom P-90 soapbar pickups, this guitar delivers the unmistakable grit, snap, and harmonic bloom that defined rock and blues tones in the 1950s. The chunky C-shaped neck offers the full, round feel of the golden era of Gibson electrics, while the hide-glue construction and ABR-1 bridge ensure tone transfer and sustain remain pure.
