1980 (via pot code date) Small Stone Phase Shifter Phaser from Electro Harmonix EH4800.Looks like hell but I am as surprised as you are that it works just fine. Battery clip changed out and it fires right up on both clip and power jack. It is not a reverse logo or anything of that sort (those were 1983/4) but looks like it was painted a bit a long time ago.
