After a Sale

Item Ordered
Payment Verification
For your protection, we verify the buyer's information and secure payment on high cost items.
Payment Cleared
It may take up to two days for a payment to clear.
Item Cleared for Shipment
When the item is cleared for shipment, it must be shipped within 3 business days.
International Shipping
You can now purchase international shipping labels directly on Reverb. We’ve streamlined all the customs forms to make shipping around the world via USPS, DHL, and UPS a simple click-and-print process.
International labels are available on any item under $2,500 USD.
As with all other shipping labels purchased through Reverb, your shipment can be safeguarded through Reverb Safe Shipping. If your package runs into any issues, simply contact our friendly support team and we’ll get your claim quickly processed.
