Buescher silver plated True Tone Soprano sax.
Serial # 171xxx from 1924
Keyed to High F and Low Pitch
The horn is playing on older pads. It could likely benefit from some adjustments and certainly from an overhaul but it is playing and I could do a gig on it as is.
Classic fluid Buescher response makes for a lovely warm and nuanced tone.
In very good shape for a 91 year old instrument with modest age appropriate wear.
The original case is in good shape, the latches work and no musty odors.
One of the all great soprano models in nice shape.
No mouthpiece included but contact me if you need one and I can offer several options ranging from free on up.
