Gretsch G5260T Electromatic Jet Baritone with Bigsby - Black

About this guitar
This guitar came directly to my supplier from Gretsch, it has never been sold retail, the protective covers are still on the bridge pickup, pickguard, and truss rod cover.  It was tested by a team of certified technicians and no issues were found, all electronics work as designed, the neck is straight and there is no fret buzz.  When we polished the guitar we found a couple of light scratches on the edge of the top of the lower bout.  Most likely this occurred during shipping.  I have included a close-up picture pointing to them.

  Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher?  The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.
  
  Who refurbishes your instruments?  All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.
  
  Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty?  No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.
  
  Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it?  All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box.  However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and  getting bumped around during shipping.  Also some players like to set up a new guitar to their own personal preferences.
  
  What identifies an instrument as being refurbished?  Most refurbished instruments have a small used stamp on the back of the head stock and are issued a new serial number.  This is to prevent an unethical dealer from concealing the fact that the instrument was sent to a refurbisher.
