Well-Hung Snakes in My Brain "Midnight Blue" Python 3" wide padded guitar strap

The long-running Well-Hung "Snakes in My Brain" is one of my more popular. Seems a lot of guitarists fancy themselves badass enough to sport a sling that gives the impression they traversed a swamp, jungle or desert landscape in order to hunt down a dangerous reptile, then crafted a killer guitar strap for themselves. But honestly, who's got time for that? Your non-adventurer secret is perfectly safe with me!

"Midnight Blue" leather is a great-looking cowhide split, finished in a dark mysterious blue, not exactly navy, but not that far off. It has a great scale pattern and texture, giving it a malevolent glitter. It's not showy, rather subtle, but I know you badass nocturnal types with black-to-blue burst guitars are going to REALLY love this. It's one of those colours that's hard to capture in my "fake stage" light setup, so I also included a photo of the leather sittin' on my workbench.

This strap measures a pressure point reducing 3" wide on the shoulder, and up to 8" longer than most off-the-shelf straps. Most similar ladderback straps from BIG Strap, are typically measured out to max at around 51". Plus, those fellas measure tip-to-tip, but I measure mine front hole to back hole. This gives you a little extra to work with. Another Well-Hung difference is the standard built-in comfort. As many repeat customers have learned to expect, inside this strap you will enjoy about 20" of carved foam, compressing perfectly, making my straps probably the most luxurious, not just on Earth, but I suspect in the entire multiverse. Plus they don't feel or look all awkward and blumpy on your shoulder like most of those rest-home orthopedic "comfort" straps other companies offer as a solution.

The nose, ladder and tail ends are good, heavy black latigo leather longevity and trustiness. STRONG ends, not flimsy, you will most likely not require strap locks or beer washers to keep this on your instrument. And it's all sewn together with good upholstery thread. Well-Hung straps are famously robust and secure, like no other straps you've used before. Like all Snakes in My Brain straps, it was born on my workbench in the presence of plenty of riff rock, if that might matter. To me it does! I was rockin' the old school Leppard in this case. If you normally swagger 'round town packing heat, or at the very least a deadly shiv in yer boot, this could is probably the strap for you, as it will openly declare your badassitude from about 100 yards away.

The lining is as soft semi-velvety black fabric that has enough grip to it to beat back all but the most extreme neck dive, and it's gonna last pretty good, dry out fast.
