Aizen LS Ltd Edition Ivory No.7 Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece

This is a limited edition Aizen LS #7 tenor saxophone mouthpiece in a vintage ivory colour resin. I only used this for a few practice sessions before I settled on another style of mouthpiece.

This mouthpiece is therefore in pristine condition with its original, intact gold engraving on the top and sides. I have always used a mouthpiece patch. It includes its original packaging, a promotional hand-out and a Rovner Star Series ligature and cap, sized specifically for Aizen mouthpieces.

It is marked TSLS on one side, 7 on the other and 2/7 UK on the shank. These were only available at around the beginning of 2015.

This mouthpiece is influenced by the Otto Link Slant Signature mouthpieces. I preferred it to the other Slant-based mouthpieces that I trialed - A GetASax GS Slant and a Drake Bergonzi Slant. I found that it pairs well with D’Addario Royal reeds for a beautiful mellow tone.
