For sale is a classy, clean, and all-original 2016 Fender JD-serial Classic ‘60s Jazzmaster, featuring a rare black finish that beautifully complements its dark rosewood fretboard. This guitar comes complete with a fitted SKB 1SKB-62 hard case and tremolo arm.
The Japanese made Fenders are really something to shout about and this JM is no exception, the fit and finish is what you’d expect of a Japanese made instrument, and is almost (if not!) just as good as it’s USA built counterparts.
In terms of condition, this Jazzmaster is in excellent shape, with only a few light surface marks, primarily on the back of the body. These minor blemishes, which have been captured in the provided photos, are purely cosmetic and do not expose any wood.
Both the neck and 7.25” radius fretboard are in outstanding condition. The frets remain full of life, offering a smooth, polished feel that allows for effortless playability across the board.
The guitar's original electronics remain in pristine working order, ensuring seamless operation. The Japanese pickups, in their unaltered state, continue to produce the distinctive charm and chiming tones that we all know the Jazzmaster for.
This particular model has a weight of 7.94lbs.
