About This Listing

Selmer Triumph Reverb

Ridiculously rare great British amp in excellent condition for age - please see photos.

Stand out from the crowd - none of your friends are going to have one of these - check out the dansette legs.

This is the same model used by Billy Childish.

From Selmer's Blue / grey period (September ’61 to September ‘63)

All original including original footswitch and dansette legs

10 watts – don’t be fooled – this is a loud and punchy 10 watts

Described in the Selmer catalogue as offering a '3D sound'

Original 3 x celestion 10” x 6” elliptical alnico speakers

Bad points:

  • Tear to grill cloth (tear does not go all the way through)
  • Repair to one speaker cone (does not appear to affect sound)
  • Gold cap missing from tone control

Fully working and sounds great but could use a service as hasn't had one in some time.

This runs on UK voltage, so you will need a step up transformer if using in the USA
