So... I had this chap Archie from a band called King Krule in the studio - and his backing singer didn't like any regular mics - so I made her one from a pair of AKG headphones - they liked them so much they bought the pair. This is one I made from some 70s / 80's Ross headphones. They have a bit more low end than the others I have listed, and are not bad on guitars if you like to use a few mics on the cab for tone (who doesn't!). The volume knob also works! Completely unique - only 2 ever made. I did also just make one of these for MikelIkesRap (different phones though) when he came in to the studio last week. He freakin loved em! Really good for overdriving mic preamps if you like a bit of saturation at source. Wired to xlr - ready to roll!
