Bargain priced pair of Tannoy Mercury M2s. These were rated as one of the "best 30 hi-fi speakers of What Hi-Fi?'s lifetime", and are also very similar to the Reveal nearfield monitors.
This pair is in ok condition, some of the veneer has been badly reglued, and the tweeters have been re-doped as their original coating had degraded.
They still sound very nice - with all drive units working and producing undistorted sound. I've been using them in the studio as my general listening speakers. Sold as-seen, but will provide good music for the money.
