Description

Featured here is the Turner 40 CE utilizing quality tonewoods in this case a solid spruce top paired with ovangkol back and sides. Ovangkol, whilst tonally similar sounding to rosewood, offers a slightly ‘fuller’ midrange voice and beautiful stripy grain to boot! Always popular amongst Turner Guitars fans, the 40 series are real ‘lookers’ and do stand out from the crowd! The 12 string version of our classic dreadnought design offers a beautifully full tone with the jangly chorus sound of double course strings. This really is a guitar you can lose yourself in!

From their custom hand scalloped bracing to stylish body binding and concentric-ring rosettes, its clear that the Turner 40 series are quality instruments. Offset pearl fret markers and Turner custom solid rosewood bridge complete the aesthetics and pair with a state-of-the-art pickup system utilising the Fishman Isys+ preamp (with built-in tuner) for a true acoustic tone either in the studio or playing live.
