A very good condition Michael White student model alto Sax. Michael White, was for many years one of London's most successful dealers, and this eponymous model was made for him, in the USA, probably by Elkhart. It is, therefore, manufactured to a considerably better standard, than many cheap Chinese made saxophones. The instrument was formerly the property of the famous Purcell School of Music.

The lacquer shows only minor scratches, with no significant wear. The tan leather pads are used but all in good condition. The serial numbers are 9512277. There is a neck strap, and an "as new" Selmer Seles mouthpiece. The case is in good used condition. In summation this is an excellent value student Alto. A comparable Elkhart retails today for £829.

Complete with Stagg folding stand and book.
