It has been played regularly for a little over 10 years as I have learnt the piano growing up and it has been tuned regularly during that period, although it is currently in need of a tune.
The back support of the cover for the keys is a little loose but other than that the piano is in very good condition, it plays well and the wood looks to be in beautiful condition.
