A. Schroetter acoustic double bass model AS-120-B 3/4 size built approx 2012.

Gamba shaped body. Spruce top with maple back neck and sides. Brass tuners. Currently strung with Pirastro Evah Pirazzi strings. Also includes a black padded soft case (not pictured) and a black stand (pictured).

Only one owner since new - plays extremely well but has quite a few nicks and dings from rugular gigging. Originally purchased from Malcolm Healey violins in Sutton. In 2018, it had a crack next to the tailpiece which was professionally repaired by Keith Graves at a cost of approximately £900. About a year later it had a professional setup from Roger Dawson.

Attached is a video of the bass being played a few years ago by Dave Swift, bass player for Jools Holland.
