BC Rich Trace Warbeast (Warlock)

BC Rich Trace Warbeast (slightly different design to the Warlock) in very good condition – only a few cosmetic issues (as is normal with these guitars) which do not affect playability at all. It's been set up with a very low action which, combined with the thin neck, makes it very easy and fun to play. The fretboard has been oiled and new D'Addario strings will be fitted and intonation adjusted before sending. Comes with a gig bag.

Warbeast Trace belongs to the Warbeast series in B. C. Rich catalog. It features an attractive specs list and it`s located in the intermediate section of the series. At first glance, Warbeasts are hard to differentiate from some of the already well established series and models, but the confusion is quickly solved with Beast front, Warlock tail formula. Warbeast Trace comes with a solid, double-cut body made of basswood. Flat-top body of this six-string axe comes with a bolt-on joint and black paint with silver bevels around the edges. Tune-o-matic bridge on this model is fronted by a pair of B. C. Rich BSDM humbuckers with a standard controls unit. Standard maple neck is topped with a 24-fret fingerboard made of ebony.

A through-the-body string design adds extra sustain. The Warbeast guitar's controls include a master volume, master tone, and 3-way toggle pickup selector switch. Like the trail of tracer bullets in the night, the trail of silver on the fretboard and body bevels of the Warbeast create a stunning show when you are on the stage. 



B.C. Rich designed their BDSM humbucking pickups to provide a solid sound and to be durable while delivering high output. BDSM stands for Broad Dynamic Sonically Matched, which simply means that the pickup is designed to reproduce a wide range of frequencies accurately (broad dynamic). Then they are tested and matched in pairs (neck and bridge) by their inherent individual and signature tonal and output characteristics to give a solidly balanced tone (sonically matched).




Most of B.C. Rich guitar body styles employ a beveled edge. In many ways bevels on a guitar's top are similar to facets on a cut stone. They catch the light and reflect at different angles giving the guitar more of a 3-dimensional look. On the Trace Warbeast the guitar's shape is accented by the silver painted bevels highlighting the unique body shape with a contrasting color.
