The Roland TD-27 sound module features Prismatic Sound Modeling technology from the flagship TD-50, which provides three digital trigger inputs for the modern Roland trigger pads such as the 14" PD-140DS Digital Snare and the 18'' CY-18DR Digital Ride cymbals are available. Furthermore, the drum module offers a clear user interface for quick and easy selection and individual adjustment of drum sounds. The "Direct Edit" section allows you to adjust the currently played pad in the Instrument, Volume, Tuning and Muffling sections without having to go to a menu first. Furthermore, an overhead microphone simulator and other studio-quality effects are available for editing drum sounds. The TD-27 module also allows you to import your own WAV samples from an SD card. In addition to the main output there are two additional direct outs available. There is also a dedicated Crash 2 trigger input and three aux trigger inputs for easy kit expansion. The integrated Bluetooth interface and various practice functions round off the module.
