Yamaha U1 piano, Japanese-made in 1973 and reconditioned around 12 years ago. My family bought it just after reconditioning, and it feels, looks and sounds new. It's got the bright and pleasing Yamaha sound, its balance on the keys is just perfect (resistance yet lightness). It sounds transparent and clear, and is loud! But as the video demonstrates it has the dampening feature where it plays through a thin layer of felt so you can make it more of a practising instrument if you wish.
It was tuned in late 2020, and hardly played since (different projects took me away from music). However, it has been kept constantly in a temperature and humidity-controlled room (in an air conditioned recording studio) so it has maintain pitch quite well.
Check out the YouTube link, which shows the dampening effect, and there's another video in the same channel there where I reposition the front panel and play it closed.
