DS Drums are from Italy and are a relative newcomer to the UK market. Founded by Luca Deorsola in 1995, DS has been making drums for their home market for quite sometime and now they are venturing worldwide. The companies flagship kit is the Rebel Custom Shop which they offer in a huge variety of shell types and finishes.

Now DS are introducing the Venom Series which offers their most popular 6 ply Maple Shell, exactly the same shell used for the Rebel. The Venom is a pro level fully Italian made kit, produced using the exact same materials and production as the Rebel but in a streamlined set of sizes and colours allowing drummers access at much better prices

DS utilise their Multi thickness and Multi Angle Bearing Edge System differently on each shell size which provides maximum resonance and response as well as better tuning stability and a more balanced sound across the drum kit.
