Ovation NATURE series, limited edition, like Elite Custom NNS778-9 1996 Sunburst

This is an Ovation limited edition Nature series. Not much is known about the Nature series. The guitar is closest to some sort of Elite Custom.  The bowl is about 6" deep, not sure if that makes it a full bowl  or a medium bowl. The top appears to be a nice tight grain spruce. The abalone inlay is top quality shell, lots of color and fire.

The pickup pre amp is the OP-X. It is a bolt-on neck instrument. The guitar comes with the original factory hard shell case. It is the original Ovation 9110 hard shell case.

I have a music store and at one time we sold a lot of Ovations. This was a guitar that was in the inventory for sale but the salesperson didn't know much about it. I bought it because I like unusual guitars. I sold it to a customer who was an Ovation collector and that's where it's been since it was sold, in his home which is pet free and smoke free. The guitar doesn't show any signs of having been played.

The neck is straight and the string action is low for easy playing, just like a great guitar should be.

I am selling this for the collector described above and I believe he has put a great price on it. It would likely be worth this much even if it weren't  a Nature series, whatever that was.  You could make a case that the model number is NN5778-9 but I'm going with NNS778-9.
