National Glenwood 90 Amp made by Valco ( ie. Supro, Oahu, Gretsch, Airline, etc).
I thought I would never sell this amp (best I've owned) but but my
house is too small to crank this mother...
National Glenwood Model 90 Made in the early 1960's this has 2-12"
speakers, 2-6L6's, 5U4, 12AU7, 3-6EU7's and 12AX7. Two channels, tremolo
and reverb and a 3-way switch for hi-bass, lo-bass and guitar for each
channel's nputs. Another scarce amp and a very fine "bluesy" amp to play
with early breakup and tone like a Blackface Fender Pro Reverb.
Features a very nice transformer driven large pan reverb, rich deep
tremolo, and 25-30 watts of output -- great for medium sized clubs.
Boost pedals work well with this amp and it's well suited for a variety
of styles of music. Very good tone and reverb -- just a fine all around
The amp has recently been serviced. The 6973 that drives the reverb has
been replaced with an EHX along with the 6L6s (JJs). Grounded power cord
and a few caps replaced. The amp has some older Fender Oxford speakers
that sound really good. The tremolo and reverb knobs are not original
and the feet are missing on the bottom of them amp. Other than than,
everything else looks original including the rest of the tubes and
