Harmony H-56 Roy Smeck archtop project for repair P-13 Gibson pickup broken restoration 1956 rare

Rare Roy Smeck H-56 with a Gibson H-13 pickup.
This one has had the top cave in from years sitting on a shelf under string tension.
I took it apart to try and fix it and its beyond my skill level/I have NO IDEA where to start.

All the parts are there to rebuild it and it would be a very nice guitar when done.
The wiring harness has a couple loose wires.
There is a crack in the back.
Some minor scuffs and bruises.
No knobs unfortunately. (only thing missing)
No case.
