Check out this blast from the past. This Martin style 3 soprano mahogany ukulele is ready to play! Dates c1932-33 based on the bar frets. It has had some visible pro repairs on the back. (Visible patches internally) There’s sectioned binding when the back was removed for repairs. Minor pick wear on the upper right bout. There is a decal (Thayer Piano Company) on the back of the Uke as well as on the original case. They obviously sold other instruments. Rare to have visible provenance where this Uke was purchased new! String height at 10th fret is 1/16”. Nice player and tone! Looks pretty good for 90 years old!
