The D'Aquisto New Yorker boasts a classic jazz look and sound with a 1 piece Maple neck, adjustable bridge, 22 fret Ebony fingerboard with ivory binding and pearl inlays and Schaller�, M6 22K Gold plated tuning machine heads. In addition, this jazz box has an original floating hum bucking pickup, plus a volume and tone control on the pick guard. Guitar will ship securely with tracking and insurance in its hard case and guitar box. New Yorker was James D'Aquisto's most popular model of the 70's and it was during this time he established his originality and innovative designs. It features the unique head shape, sound hole and use of ebony for the fingerboard, tailpiece and bridge. The distinctive headstock inlay of the "New Yorker" is a faithful reissue of the original. DQ-NYE is fitted with a floating humbucker pickup.
