Letting go of this beautiful 1960's Altec M11 "Coke Bottle" Tube Microphone System.
One of the greatest small diaphragm tube mics of all time. a favorite of "Steve Albini" These are amazing on drum rooms, piano, acoustic guitars, guitar amps, and even vocals! . This mic was owned for years by a collector who sadly didn't use his microphones often. The mic will need to be seen by a tech, it did not pass audio upon my quick test, only a 60 cycle hum. My tech says this is almost 100% just a few old filter caps in the power supplies that need to be swapped. I sold another pair from the same collection here on reverb that had the exact same issue that was easily resolved. My tech currently has multiple microphones of mine and his waiting list is just to long for me to keep adding to it. Thanks for looking, Specs Below.
