1986 Hamer Steve Stevens 1 - SS1 in Fuchsia.
Owning this guitar increased my coolness and credibility by approximately 300%.
It’s a super duper compact stunt guitar.
You’ll have to decide what that tells you about either guitar or me.
A well worn but not abused guitar in a great colour for this model.
The guitar has no breaks.
Honduras Mahogany body and three-piece stressed maple set neck.
Nicely figured dark rosewood fingerboard with real mother of Pearl dots inlays front and side.
24 medium/jumbo frets on a 14” radius.
Original Floyd Rose trem including arm.
Lots of chips, dings, finish wear all over the guitar especially on the back of the body but the frets and fingerboard are in great condition.
This guitar has its original three Hamer Slammer pickups, which were made by Dimarzio for Hamer during the 1980s.
Controls are a master volume and tone, plus one three way toggle and a two way toggle for pickup selection options.
The guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Black Dunlop dual strap locks in relocated positions.
Rear trem plate missing - this would have been single ply black plastic in 1986.
Black anodised aluminium control plate present and correct.
Jack socket and plate replaced once upon a time.
Original black Schaller Hamer logos machine heads.
Includes Gator Hard Shell Case.
