A rare opportunity to acquire a much sought after amplifier.

In excellent condition and working order.

You will notice from some of the photos of the front that I have put little 'tippex' dots at 12 o'clock and repositioned the control knobs that's because it's easier to see your settings this way. It would be simple to revert this back to the original 6 o'clock settings simply by pulling the knobs off and re-positioning them if you wish.

I purchased this amp from new on 9 December 2004.

It is a black tolex edition (designed in the UK, manufactured in the USA).

I have the original bill of sale which I will provide to validate its provenance.

During 2005 - 2006 I used it for some small local gigs, and some studio recording. Since then it has been kept in my music room (non smoker house) and used just for home practice and recording.

I estimate that I have used it for no more than 30 hours in all.

I had the amp checked in February 2016 by a specialist amp technician.

I last played it in December 2019 and noticed the reverb was very 'thin' sounding. I subsequently replaced the reverb tank in January 2020 with the correct spec (and better) new MOD Reverb Tank (8BB2C1A) and is sounding wonderful again.

The amp is supplied with the original 5 way foot controller (this is very rare!)

I also have a top quality dust cover specifically made for this amp which will also be included.

Tube amps are fragile and must be handled with great care in transit, that is why I am only offering collection here in the UK (Burnham on Sea, Somerset) where you will of course be able to try it out for yourself.

If you wish to arrange your own courier to collect from me then that's fine but I will not be responsible once it leaves my home. I will of course ensure it is packed very well indeed.
