Eko Florentine 360/2V. This is a striking looking guitar finished in quite a rare colour and made in Italy during the early sixties. This model was known as the "Florentine" and the specific model with double cutaway 360; the 2V stood for the two pickups and tremolo. The white pickups with black surrounds are typical Eko pickups, with two volume and two tone controls plus an unusual four-way pickup selector switch.
The body is finished in red with black edging known as "redburst", and is fully bound - the scratchplate is an amazing design in red and white. The bridge has a wooden base and is fully adjustable and the tremolo tailpiece is also very unusual and is complete and working. The maple neck is bolted on and there is a 21 fret rosewood fretboard. The headstock is a nice shape, black fronted but missing the "Eko" logo. It has the three on a side covered Van Ghent tuners which are very sought after!
This is a stunning guitar which has been fully checked and serviced and is working well and useable. A very rare hard to find guitar.
