You're looking at a mid 1960s W.E.M. Sapphire 12 string. These were built by Watkins in England under the WEM, Wilson, and Wurlitzer brands. This one has some dings and dents around the edges of the body, along with other wear indicative of use and age. Have a look at the pics.
It has been refretted, the "blower" switch has been replaced, the tone knob has been rewired to modern convention, with all the way up being brightest. The "WEM" badge is missing from the bridge plate.
It is fully functional and plays very nicely with low, comfortable action. I have put it with an aftermarket hardshell case that actually fits fairly well. These guitars are fairly rare, here's a chance to get one that has been fully restored and plays great!
