From my vintage parts bin is a Yamaha Acoustic Guitar Truss Rod Cover. It is used and shows minor wear, but 100% functional. See pictures for dimensions. Basically 2.5" at the longest and .5" at the widest. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
