This Preamp is very highly rated. With a little research you can find numerous rave reviews.
Everything is included that was included when purchased, including UK power supply, all documentation and Tube Shields.
PS: I removed the "offer" option as the budgie is nearly new, has the shields, is now out of production and I wanted to recover my cost as much as possible. I therefore reduced the price to reflect this.
