We also consign instruments for customers and offer repair and maintenance for guitars , violins , violas , pianos etc.
We offer Band , Orchestra instruments, pianos, keyboards , amplifiers , and effects etc. We welcome local pick up if you are in the area . check our inventory online. Contact us if you have any questions on inventory you see online, best prices are local in person.

All of our guitars have been stored in a climate/humidity controlled room.,
International buyers contact first before making a purchase if you are not sure whether you have made or not made your mind up and you have few concerns that need to be addressed we can help resolve your concerns , as international fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for customs in your country, if you owe customs its your responsibility as that varies by country.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Please note we offer the best boxing and packaging in the music industry, we use bubble wrap all around the instrument top , bottom and sides , if the guitar inside the case moves we also package inside so its safe in transit , all strings will be loosened 1/2 a step to reduce the risk of tension and weather effects in transit to you .
Your satisfaction is our guarantee, we have never needed to file a single claim in the many years of sales because of our understanding of best packaging practice.
Please take note of these special circumstances below :
(1) A sale maybe canceled if you don’t have at least 2 positive feedback purchases in your history, if you have zero feedback in your history, then please refrain from purchasing from our shop until you have achieved such a history, we have the right to remove or cancel your bid or purchase if you do not have a history of purchases on reverb .
(2) Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee , a repair charge maybe added from the return refund if an item was proven to be tampered or a guitar was modified in any way like sanding down a saddle etc. that disqualifies you from the return or you are subject to a repair charge if the instrument repair is accepted.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable plus the restocking fee and any additional boxing / packaging charges which are usually $25 flat fee.
(3) Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
(4) Sales on used gear come with a 2 day return period . The 2 day return period is for the buyer to make sure that the guitar is in satisfactory condition as listed . No returns will be accepted just because the buyer doesn’t like the way an instrument plays or sounds or other personal preferences or requires modification to the liking of the buyer , it is expected that used vintage guitars will require a set up or simple modifications and that is not a reason for a return , it is simply anticipated as each musician will have a certain preference in playing style and set up.
(5) International Customers: All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local authorities before purchase for fees and taxes. no returns on international shipping , buyer understands this responsibility and we are happy to discuss with our international buyers for any concerns they have .
(6) Our storefront is open to the public, 7 days a week, If you'd like to request local pickup you can contact us so we can make this selection at checkout open for you We'll let you know when it's ready to pick up, via the Reverb messaging platform and you can pick it up after making the purchase, have your order # ready for faster pick up time , appointments must be made at all times for local pick up .
(7) we do not ship APO or PO.BOX so make sure you provide an alternate shipping address before you make the purchase.
(8) Your package(s) is fully insured , if its found to be lost in transit, damaged, or defective upon receipt although a very rare occurrence.
A replacement or full refund will be provided. If needed, our team will file a claim for lost or damaged items, and will keep you informed. Please note, in most cases, an investigation must be completed by the carrier before a refund or replacement is provided.
