Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT BOX
In the event your product is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and make return arrangements. Claims for damaged in transit or incorrect items delivered must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
If shipments are refused by the buyer or not deliverable as addressed, the order will be refunded less 20% restocking fee and shipping cost both ways.
Please repack the item in its original packaging and include all parts, accessories, manuals, inserts etc. to avoid additional restocking fees. Please return item in the original manufacturers’ box with original packing material. If you do not have the original box please box with sufficient inner packaging to avoid any possible damage in transit. It is the sole responsibility of the shipper to ensure that returned items are properly packaged to arrive undamaged.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are incomplete or otherwise altered in any fashion. Sky A/V Pro must receive the products within 15 days of return authorization.
Sky A/V Pro recommends that items be returned via insured with a trackable shipping service. Sky A/V Pro will not be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged packages in route to us.
RESTOCKING FEE
With the exception of defective items or the returns resulted of our error, minimum of 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts such as original product packaging/etc, may be charged a restocking fee up to 50% of the item’s price.
All freight costs both ways (to and from us) are the responsibility of the customer. This includes items that were originally purchased with “Free Shipping". Additional restocking fee may be assessed if the item is returned to us damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped.
