Payment: We accept all major credit cards thru Paypal and Reverb.com. We also accept wire transfers.
Shipping: Buyer pays all shipping costs. Instruments are packed well and sent out fully insured. We ship the same day as payment is received, and a tracking # will be emailed to you.
Returns: You will have a full 72 hours approval. If for any reason you are not happy with the instrument, please return it in the same condition and a prompt refund of the full purchase price will be issued (minus shipping both ways). ***Sorry, but an approval period is not available to customers outside the US***
