Musician's Pro is a family owned, full-line music store in South Central Kentucky near Nashville, TN. We have been providing music equipment to musicians for nearly 25 years. New and used gear is uploaded daily so be sure to check back often. Thanks for visiting our Reverb store.
Shipping Policy
We will ship with UPS with tracking and insurance to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or internationally. In some cases, we will ship USPS if the item is valued under $100 or can safely be shipped USPS at a lower rate.
Musician's Pro is a retail store where items for sale on Reverb are also for sale in our store. Even though we are very attentive how these items are handled in store, normal wear from customers playing our NEW and used items can occur AFTER our Reverb post (a scuff, nick, or a scratch). Items sold on Reverb will be thoroughly checked BEFORE they ship out. Any new concerns will be addressed via REVERB messaging and photos BEFORE the item ships.
RETURNS: In the rare instance of a return, buyer pays all shipping charges both ways. If items are not returned in exactly the same condition, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Returns with missing items can not be refunded.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Musician's Pro is a retail store where items for sale on Reverb are also for sale in our store. We are very attentive to how these items are handled, but sometimes mishandling may occur AFTER our Reverb post (a nick or a scratch). Items sold on Reverb will be thoroughly checked over BEFORE they ship out. Any new concerns will be addressed to the customer via photos and email within Reverb.
All correspondence or offers must be made through Reverb to document communication between the seller and buyer. No employees are allowed to give out seller information over the phone or take offers outside the Reverb marketplace. Please message us WITHIN REVERB with your questions or concerns.
Any returned items with signs of use (not original), different serial number and without original packaging will not be refunded. No returns on subjective issues - didn't like how it looks, how it feels, how it sounds, minor wear, etc. All items are tested before posting and details listed and shown in photos. Buyer pays all actual shipping both ways in the rare case of an authorized return. Restocking fees will be charged in some instances to recoup our time, packing material and transportation to delivery drop off.
Even though we setup guitars before they leave our store, we highly suggest you have them set up again once they reach you. Extreme temperature changes (hot to cold), transport via truck, auto or plane to customer and humidity differences can affect the guitar even if it's packed well.
We do not accept trades.
