Shipping Policy
We ship to the listed regions.
UK - Large items over £99: Parcelforce or DHL Parcel (Next Day Delivery*)
UK - Smaller items, large items under £99: Royal Mail Next Day Delivery
EU - Parcelforce (2-5 day service - possible a couple of days longer after the UK leaves the EU on 1/1/21)
Other International destinations: Fedex/UPS - if you don't see a price, please ask us.
*We strive for next working day delivery on all UK orders made before 12pm Mon-Fri, and have a good track record of hitting this target, but at busy periods this may occasionally take an extra day.
Please note we are based in the UK, and the UK is no longer a member of the EU.
- If you are a UK shopper you will see prices including 20% VAT.
