Shipping Policy
We ship only to the continental United States. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All products have a 48-hour approval period beginning upon delivery of the product. You must notify us immediately before the 48-hour approval period has expired and the item must be returned to J & M Guitar within 7 days after notifying the store. J & M Guitar is not responsible for any return shipping costs and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Items returned outside of the approval period window will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Items must be returned in the same condition as they left the store and with the original shipping box and packing materials.
Refunds are generated when the returned product is received back at our store.
Please contact us with any questions before making a purchase. We do not want you to have to return anything and are happy to provide as many details as possible for any products we carry in our store.
All instruments ship fully insured for the full purchase amount.
J & M Guitar only ships to the Continental United States. Instruments ship via UPS or FedEx. Our expert personnel have years of experience packing and shipping guitars.
