Shipping Policy
All our instruments will be safely boxed and shipped UPS insured with signature required unless otherwise specified or requested by Buyer.
Buyer must provide alternate shipping address if the address provided by Reverb accounts at time of sale is no longer accurate or to request shipping to another party. For example we can ship to a work address if Buyer requested and approves another person signature. We can ship to a 3rd party for example Buyer purchases a guitar and requests it sent as a gift to another person.
We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries.
Buyer assumes all shipping costs if item is returned to us because of failure to deliver.
Buyer is responsible for Pick-Up Fee if buyer request shipping instrument from store to store (Ex. FedEx to FedEx store location)
Buyer Pays return UPS Signature and Insured Shipping for any orders that are Not satisfied.
Any item not returned in the condition it was sold or missing any parts is not eligible for full refund.
