Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We only ship to the continental United States.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and be shipped by the same vendor and insured for the same value in which it was arrived. All items must be received in the same condition in which they left our facility for us to process your return.
Due to their fragile nature we do not accept returns on amplifiers, effects and pedals.
