Acoustic Vibes Music is Arizona's (and the West's) Premier Acoustic Music Store since we opened in 2007. We use the utmost care when we setup these instruments to the specifications and desires of the customer before we delicate pack it securely in a box full of joy, before shipping it overnight at no cost to you. We have three highly trained luthiers full time on our staff that take care of setups strings- anything you need to make your guitar... well, yours! We are an Authorized Martin Warranty Repair Center and a Certified Taylor Repair Center as well
Here at Acoustic Vibes Music, we keep our shop humidified between 45%-55% at all times. Yup, 365 days a year - Arizona's dry, we don't mess around.

Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawai. We do not ship internationally at this time

New Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
TERMS OF PURCHASE:
48-Hour "Virtual Showroom" - Instrument is sent to customer for two-day inspection period. Initial shipping is non-refundable. We must have an e-mail or phone message within 48 hours after delivery informing us of your intent to return the instrument to us, or the item will not be accepted for return and the sale for the full purchase amount will be deemed final and non-refundable.
If the item is to be returned by the customer during the inspection period, it must be shipped back to Acoustic Vibes Music Inc. in its original packaging, in original undamaged condition via two-day delivery paid at sole cost of the customer, insured for full purchase amount arriving in Tempe to our shop within 5 business days from delivery date to customer. In the event the item arrives at Acoustic Vibes Music in damaged condition from the courier, it will not be accepted for delivery and the sale will be deemed final and non-refundable. Customer must then seek a claim with their shipper to recover their loss due to shipper damage, with no financial responsibility of Acoustic Vibes Music Inc.
Once the item has been inspected by Acoustic Vibes Music on its return and is deemed to be in original condition, customer will be refunded the cost of the instrument less the initial non-refundable shipping within 5 days. If there is damage to the instrument, the customer will be informed of the amount required to repair the damage and that amount will not be refunded.
***Instruments modified at customer request with strap buttons, RR spikes or electronics prior to shipping are excluded from the “Virtual Showroom” policy.
***All sales purchased from international customers are final and do not qualify for the “Virtual Showroom" policy.
