Renown luthier Dana Bourgeois produces a handful of acoustic models out of his Lewiston, Maine shop, and the Country Boy (named by Ricky Skaggs) was originally his mahogany dreadnought offering.
This OM body version takes the styling and wood choices from the dreadnought but creates a more balanced and lively sound with a different shape. It is available in 25" or 25.5" scale lengths. It can be constructed with Adirondack Red Spruce or Sitka Spruce for the top.
