The Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier Solo head has gone through three iterations since its debut in the mid-'90s. It features three channels and all-tube construction in the preamp (5 x 12AX7), power (4 x 6L6) and rectifier sections (2 x 5U4) for a total of eleven tubes.
Since 2010, it has been switchable from 100 watts to 50 watts. Earlier models could only perform at 100 watts.
