The Dunlop Uni-Vibe UV-1 Chorus/Vibrato is a recreation of the classic '60s effect popularized by Hendrix among others. An external foot controller was optional. The earlier specimens from the '90s are slightly more valuable than the 2000s specimens.
*Not to be confused with the Dunlop Uni-Vibe Stereo Chorus which only had one footswitch.
