Guild Starfire VI 1977 Cherry
Reverb Estimated Used Price Range
- $2,600 — $3,300
Just as Guild made the Starfire V as an upgrade to the Starfire IV, the Starfire VI was an upgraded version of the Starfire V. In addition to a Bigsby tailpiece and master volume knob of the Starfire V, the VI also offered an Ebony fingerboard with Pearl inlays and fancier styling on the headstock. While the Starfire series of semi-hollowbodies are considered fine instruments and were adopted by some players at the time, they are of far less interest to collectors than their Gibson equivalents.
