Martin 000-18 2010s Natural

Reverb Estimated Used Price Range

  • $1,670$1,990

The modern 000-18 can be traced to 1934 when Martin altered the model from a 12- to 14-fret design. The 000-18 has remained in production ever since as one of Martin's most popular Auditorium-sized guitars. Like all 18-style Martins, the 000-18 uses a Mahogany body which, combined with its small body-size, makes it a great finger-picking guitar. The 24.75" scale length also makes fret stretches slightly easier.

Years of Production: 1906 - 1931 (different features), 1934 - present (current form)

Wood Composition: Mahogany back and sides, Spruce top, Mahogany neck, Rosewood fingerboard

Notable Players: Norman Blake, Woody Guthrie
