Fender American Vintage '57 Stratocaster 1997 Shoreline Gold
Reverb Estimated Used Price Range
- $965 — $1,225
The Stratocaster is arguably the most popular electric guitar ever built. Beginning in the '80s, Fender began reissuing classic model years and eras of its guitars. The '57 reissue was one of the earliest Stratocaster reissues to be released. This model specifically replicates the Mary Kaye styled Strats of the '50s with its gold-plated hardware. Shoreline Gold is considered a rarer finish among collectors and is valued slightly higher than more common colors.
