Introduced as an entry or beginner guitar by Taylor in 2003, the 110 falls into Taylor's laminated Sapele-based 100-series. This dreadnought offers many of the same features of Taylor's higher-end instruments, and is available as cutaway and with electronics (110ce).
Earlier versions featured a black headstock, rather than the current wood laminate.
