ESP (Electronic Sound Products) started in 1986 in Tokyo from a chain a guitar parts retail stories. The LTD sub-brand started in 1996 out of South Korea.
The LTD H-1001 features a solid Mahogany body with a carved flamed Maple top, 24 fret fingerboard and dual Seymour Duncan or EMG active humbuckers.The entire body and neck were bound in abalone.
