Overview
Developed in conjunction with studio legend Steve Gadd, the K Custom Session Series cymbals replicate the close-mic'd, muted tones that became his signature sound in the 1980s and 1990s. The 20" K Custom Session Ride is a very heavy, un-lathed cymbal, with a well-defined ping, muted, dry sustain and powerful, cutting bell.
Years of production: ca. 1990-present
Composition: 80% copper, 20% tin, traces of silver
