Overview

The Zildjian 20" China Boy Low offers a thick, chunky attack with a dark, muted wash. It is most at home in low/medium-volume situations under sustained playing, though it functions nicely as an accent cymbal. Its low-toned wash makes it an adequate "swish" cymbal.

Introduced in the early 2000s, the 20" China Boy Low has been discontinued. Zildjian currently offers 18" Low/High Chinas in its A Zildjian series.

(Note: the cymbal pictured is a Zildjian A 18" China Low)
